Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement:

By placing a vending machine on your premises, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Vending Machine Placement:

All in One Vending will provide and maintain a vending machine at no cost to you.
You grant All in One Vending permission to place and operate a vending machine on your premises.
You agree to provide a suitable location for the vending machine.

3. Ownership:

The vending machine remains the property of All in One Vending. Unless purchased.
All in One Vending retains ownership of all products dispensed from the vending machine.
Unless purchased from All in One Vending.

4. Maintenance and Repairs:

All in One Vending is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and restocking of the vending machine.
You agree to notify All in One Vending of any issues with the vending machine promptly.

5. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All in One Vending from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the placement or operation of the vending machine on your premises.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice.
Upon termination, All in One Vending will remove the vending machine and its contents from your premises.

7. Limitation of Liability:

All in One Vending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this agreement.

8. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California.

10. Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

All in One Vending collects and uses personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. For more information about your rights under the CCPA, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to the vending machine and its contents belong to All in One Vending.

13. Modifications:

All in One Vending reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
